I manage to turn by specific degrees i want by pressing the camera keys only for fraction of seconds or in a few "micro clicks" and thus am able to precisely aim my field of view or immeadiately turn by 180 degree at the same speed somebody using a controler would (since the keyboard camera always moves at full speed when the key is pressed). I use the default camera control "IJKL", it felt very strange in the beginning but after many hours of playing and fighting bosses that require swift camera movement i became very skilled at controling the camera this way. I play the game with only the keyboard since release day and i am doing very good in NG+++ right now, even started my first character dedicated for 120 pvp.
